If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the details you submit — typically your name, email address, and message — to respond to your enquiry and to maintain correspondence if follow-up is needed. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing unless you ask us to or we separately obtain your consent.

Job applications

When you apply for a role through our careers flow, we process the information you provide (such as name, email, cover letter text, and role context) to assess your application and communicate with you. We retain application data only as long as needed for recruitment and our legal obligations.

Embedded content and third-party services

Parts of the site may load resources from third parties (for example typography, icon fonts, or embedded game or media previews). Those providers may receive technical data such as your IP address so they can deliver content to your browser. We select common providers where possible, but we do not control their independent processing — please read their privacy notices.
